To celebrate the beginning of 2018, the 5-star InterContinental Dublin has launched a new 6-course chef’s tasting menu.
The menu includes dishes like Braised Ham Hock and Tender Chicken Terrine, Seared Scottish King Scallops and Pheasant Breast. To ensure all seasonal produce gets its chance to shine, the menu is changing every two weeks.
The price for the chef’s tasting menu is €65 per person as part of a special January and February offer. From March, the price of the menu will be €75 per person.
This dining experience will be taking place in Seasons restaurant, which is open from Thursday to Saturday from 6.30pm – 9.30pm. The dining room is a stylish and elegant dining room overlooking the courtyard terrace.
