This year’s Body&Soul Festival returns to Ballinlough Castle June 17th-19th. Also making a comeback is the renowned Absolut Stage where revelers can catch top DJs, music acts and theatrical performances including aerial artists Lucent Dossier.
This year Absolut have teamed up with chef Paul Catterson to bring you the Absolut Midsummer Brunch on the Saturday and Sunday. Refuel with a host of tasty dishes, guaranteed to give you the energy to keep on dancing.

Home made granola : Served with Clandeboye Greek yogurt & Irish honey
French toast : Kaffir lime leaves & elderflower poached strawberry French toast with toasted almond sugar & mint
Absolut Brunchbap : Soft flour bap with apple & pork sausage patty, smoked pancetta bacon, applewood cheese shavings topped with soft cooked egg & rocket.
Eggs Benedict : Soft cooked free range eggs, smoke cured bacon & hollandaise sauce on toasted sourdough.
The Bagel (V) : House made bagel, capers, cucumber, tomato, red onion, sprouts, Horseradish dill cream cheese
Wash it all down with a classic Absolut Bloody Mary, just the thing to get you back in the Body&Soul spirit. Or if you fancy another quality Absolut cocktail, Ireland’s top mixologists will be creating Absolut Raspberri Fizz and Absolut Stockholm Mule.
