The Cooking for Cancer event will begin with a drinks reception starring Ballyvolane’s own artisan milk gin, Bertha’s Revenge. Five top chefs from around the country will prepare a five course banquet, with all proceeds going to Breakthrough Cancer Research.

The first two courses will be prepared by Jess Murphy and Takashi Miyazaki and Enda McEvoy will be following with a third course. Guests will then enjoy a main course prepared by Paul Flynn, with Rob Krawczyk finishing out the meal with dessert. Drinks will be served courtesy of Wines Direct and San Pellegrino. Local producers including a special edition An Dair Ghaelach whiskey from Midleton Distillery are some of the prizes that guests can win at the raffle.
