A chic hotspot on the banks of the canal, Angelina’s on Percy Place has just launched a tempting new cocktail menu just in time for the festive season. Although Angelina’s serves delicious food all day, they’re always delighted to welcome walk-ins, even if you’re just stopping by for a leisurely drink. Just nab a booth or a stool at the bar and peruse the new concoctions on offer, all equally exquisite when enjoyed on their own or to compliment a delicious stone baked pizza or Italian inspired meal.
The new menu includes twists on old classics, like the Razmattazz with a citrusy take on a Cosmopolitan. Need a bit more bite? The Garden Sour combines apple infused Absolut Vodka with sour apple liqueur, citrus bitters and apple sherbet for the perfect light but crisp modern sour.
Wake up with an Angelina’s Espresso – perfect on its own or as an after dinner digestivo. A heady mix of vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, freshly brewed Turkish style coffee infusion and chocolate bitters. For the ultimate in refined beverages, try the Best Mates Old Fashioned – a modern twist on the original with the signature smoothness of Jameson Stout Cask. Homemade salty caramel syrup, Jerry Thomas bitters, cocoa beans, marzipan and charred oak flavours, all topped off with a butterscotch and milk chocolate finish.
With stunning views of the Grand Canal, Angelina’s is open seven days a week, from noon until late week days and 10:30am to late Saturday and Sunday. Angelina’s lunch, brunch and dinner menus, created by Head Chef Ryan Bell, are laden with the bold, sun-filled flavours of Italy. Angelina’s promises simple, beautiful food made with the very best local and international ingredients, served up in a laid back and informal atmosphere.
