5 Unique Mojitos with a Twist you Can Drink in Dublin

Few things can put you in a summer state of mind as quickly and effectively as a Mojito. The humble combination of white rum, fresh mint, lime juice, syrup and soda water has earned its seat in the bar of fame. Thanks to how easy it is to mix one, it’s not only a hit among venues, it’s also a popular tipple to mix at home.

While its Cuban origins are well documented, the exact story behind the invention of the Mojito is less clear, however by the mid 19th-century it was already growing in popularity and author and rum aficionado Ernst Hemingway surely sipped more than one in Havana’s legendary La Bodeguita del Medio.

To celebrate National Mojito Day this July 11th we have compiled a list with some of the most unique and best Mojitos in Dublin. Enjoy these signature variations and rediscover a classic!
