The Big Grill Fest 2017 will fulfill all your BBQ dreams this weekend. The festival kicked off yesterday and runs until Sunday the 20th of August.
Grillfest has more than 25 pitmasters and restaurants taking part, plus over 50 food stalls and producers in the spacious and charming Herbert Park, conveniently located in Ballsbridge.
Tickets are available on line and at the door, starting from €15.
Enjoy a wonderful summer evening while tasting the perfectly cooked meats, seafood and veggies from some of the best grills in the country, including Asador, Pitt Bros, Fowl Play and Bastible. International guests will also showcase their tastiest: From Argentina, meet Ramiro Basilo; from Charleston, USA, the Hometeam Barbecue and from the UK, discover the talent of Oxford Charcoal’s Matt Williams.
The Big Grill Fest is Ireland’s first international BBQ festival, described as “a celebration of the art of cooking with fire & smoke” and offering a stage to the numerous styles of BBQing from around the globe.
