Broyage Bar & Bistro is located in the heart of Dublin’s historic quarter, opposite Kilmainham Gaol and adjacent to the Royal Hospital Kilmainham. Executive Head Chef Philip Hogan has devised a wide All Day Dining Menu of classic dishes with a twist to create an exciting and diverse dining experience, with something to suit all tastes. The All Day Dining Menu is as tempting as it is all-encompassing, with highlights including the Chargrilled Piri Piri Chicken Burger and the sumptuous Confit Duck Leg Ham Hock Rillette with Pomegranate and Orange Jus.
An extensive cocktail menu complements the dining experience with guests being able to choose from classiscs, such as Mojitos, Martinis and Cosmopolitans, as well as more adventurous options, such as the Coconut Vanilla Bellini, the Gin Garden or the Spiked Mocha Frappé.
Broyage Bar & Bistro’s Weekend Brunch is a luxuriously lazy affair, catering for a wide range of tastes with the menu divided into three distinctive but equally enticing categories; hearty, healthy and sweet. Choose from classics such as The Full Irish, Sweet Crêpes and a healthy Fruit & Yoghurt Granola or more adventurous options such as a Spanish Style Mixed Bean & Sausage Cassoulet, Avocado Bruschetta and Mexican Pancakes. Combined with an extensive cocktail offering, Brunch at Broyage is the perfect weekend indulgence.

Weekend mornings at Broyage Bar & Bistro are reserved for long and indulgent brunches with the weekend brunch menu running from 11:00am – 3:00pm weekends and bank holidays.
