This Thursday 9th of November, wine lovers will be treated to a foray through Burgundy along with exceptional cuisine at award-winning restaurant Montys of Kathmandu.

Hosted by Montys and O’Briens Wine, the evening will present guests with the opportunity to meet two young innovative winemakers, Antoine Olivier and Thibaut Marion, and to discover their wines and their stories while enjoying stunning four course menu which has been skillfully paired with their creations.

Antoine Olivier of Domaine Olivier and Thibaut Maron of Domaine Seguin-Manuel are based in the village of Santenay, Domaine Olivier makes pure stylish Chardonnay whilst Domaine Seguin-Manuel focuses on elegant and delicate Pinot Noir.

Savour wines from Santenay to Meursault including Seguin-Manuel Savigny-lès-Beaune ‘Godeaux’ ,Seguin-Manuel Meursault Vielles Vignes ,Domaine Olivier Santenay 1er Cru Beaurepaire and Domaine Olivier Santenay Blanc Clos des Champs.

The wines will be presented by Thibaut Maron (Domaine Seguin-Manuel) & Antoine Olivier (Domaine Olivier).

This is a gourmet experience not to be missed. Places are limited and booking is essential. Montys is a traditional and authentic Nepalese Restaurant, owned by husband and wife team of Shiva and Lina Gautam. Their focus is to source quality raw ingredients and prepare all dishes in house to serve great Nepalese food.
