California Wine Fair in Ireland – September 28th 2017 at The Shelbourne Hotel
After the successful California Wine Week in Dublin last May, wines from the Golden State are coming back to the spotlight, this time for Ireland’s California Wine Fair next 28th of September at the iconic Shelbourne Hotel.
On Thursday 28th of September, wine lovers will be amazed by food and wine matching stations, seminars and a tasting of over 400 wines from California, from beautiful Chardonnays and intense Cabernet Sauvignons to delicate Pinot Noirs and tempting Zinfandels, as well as other varieties and blends that showcase the region’s diversity.
A host of Irish importers will be present on the day and eager to introduce consumers to their wines in the stunning Great Ballroom at The Shelbourne. A guest chef will be demonstrating wonderful California style dishes to match with the wines and attendees will be able to deepen their knowledge during the three scheduled seminars.
Between 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm, Dublin’s California Wine Fair will open for members of the media and trade. There will be a main tasting area with the numerous exhibitors and a free-pour tasting area. Seminars will take place on the day.
