Cask cocktail bar has been a staple on the Cork cocktail scene since it’s opening in March 2017 serving signature and creative farm to glass cocktails. With a seasonal cocktail menu that changes every 8 weeks guests are always in for an exciting surprise.
Situated in Cork’s lively Victorian quarter the bar has been beautifully restored in at deco design, stone walls and vibrantly coloured tiles.
Bar manager and expert mixologist Andy Ferreira has designed an innovative cocktail menu inspired by nature. The tempting delights on offer include;

A new street food style menu has been created by award winning head chef Bryan McCarthy with mouthwatering dishes of Tuna Ceviche, Poke Bowls, Crisp Roast Haddock, Halloumi Boa Buns and Wagyu Beef Burgers. The Cask’s outdoor courtyard has also been revamped, it’s the ideal place to soak up the summer sunshine with a cocktail in hand.
Mixologist Andy has use his vast experience as the reigning World Class Ireland Bartender of the Year to create a truly unique cocktail menu. Speaking on the launch of the exciting new menu Andy said,
“As always with a Cask cocktail menu, the drinks are fun and intriguing. We’ll be introducing our customers to some new ingredients they have probably never tried.”
