This unique experience will allow non members dine in one of the grandest dining rooms in the heart of the city centre, established in Dublin since 1840.
The Chop House opened its doors on Shelbourne Road, Beggars Bush in December 2009, offering a new dining experience within a pub, focusing on producing high quality dishes using the best of Irish produce.
The menu for the residency has yet to be revealed but we can expect a flavour of the dishes inspired by Kevin Arundel the Chef Patron and his head Chef Kevin Gallagher’s Michelin starred experience.
Adapting their skills to suit the more relaxed environment in The Chophouse, popular dishes at the gastro pub include their signature “Meat Board”, which showcases cuts such as ribeye, fillet, sirloin, and porterhouse, along with a lamb and pork choice.
