The Coburg at the five star Conrad Dublin has just unveiled some exciting new summer inspired dishes to complement their popular all day brasserie menu. This stylish eatery offers style and simplicity with its distinctive local charm and hospitality, set in the luxurious surroundings of one of Dublin’s finest hotels.
The new menu includes a host of tempting options and a brand new ‘daily special’ which can be anything from Lobster Mac & Cheese to Baby Kale & Blueberry Salad. Classically elegant dishes like Smoked Steak Tartare, Crispy Silver Hill Duck Salad, Mozzarella & Rocket Pissaladiere, Prawn Linguini, Whole Seabass and Poussin Spatchcock will all appear on the new menu.
This fresh and varied menu offers something delicious for all palates, whether it is a lazy lunch with the girls or a romantic dinner for two.
