Cork Chocolate Festival 2017
The Cork Chocolate Festival & Baking World will take place at the Cork International Hotel on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of November 2017. The event will take place on both days from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm.
The 2 day event which is being hosted in association with La Rousse Foods is the inaugural Chocolate Festival in Cork and the only one of it’s kind in Ireland.
The weekend will feature a variety of events and the main exhibition area will have chocolatiers from all over Ireland displaying and selling the best of Chocolate, there will be Chocolate workshops & talks, discussing the bean to bar process and Cookery Demonstrations from amazing chefs, bakers and chocolatiers.
The theme will be Willie Wonka & The Chocolate Factory and Willie Wonka and the Oompa Loompa’s might even make a very special appearance over the weekend event.
Tickets are €5 for entry into the exhibition area and children under 12 are FREE to attend. N.B. – Please note that a maximum of 2 children will be permitted with every 1 adult. The Children’s Zone is open from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Paul Kelly Cookery Demonstration
Paul Kelly, Judge of The Great Irish Bake Off, is best known for his mastery of pastry having spent 20 years perfecting his skills in the culinary industry. Paul developed a passion for teaching and has worked over the last five years as a part-time teacher for Culinary Arts in DIT Cathal Brugha Street in Dublin.
