Creamy Coconut Porridge Recipe

On these cold mornings we all need a warm comforting breakfast. Something to brighten up cold dark winter mornings.

Here is my super easy recipe for creamy coconut porridge with figs and blueberries.

Full of fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Rich, hearty, comforting bowl of deliciousness – the best way to start your morning and fuel you up for the day.

Ingredients:

– 50g oats
– 5g chia seeds
– 15g sunflower seeds
– 10g desiccated coconut
– pinch of salt
– 1/2 tsp. vanilla paste (optional)
– 250ml (1cup) Alpro coconut & almond milk

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Cook for 5-10 mins in a pot or heat up in a microwave until cooked.
3. Serve with fresh figs and blueberries
