The 2016 programme kicks off on Thursday May 12th with a celebration of all things Spanish. The event has been organised by Delphi’s pastry chef Elena Martínez Otero in conjunction with Karin Nylund from the Finca Antigua Vineyard in the DO La Mancha region of Spain.
