Master of Whiskey, Peter O’Connor hosted a Diageo Reserve Evolution of Whiskey Masterclass in Brown’s Bar and Café in the Menswear Department of Brown Thomas Dublin last night. Attendees were regaled with the history and production of all whiskey styles, together with an overview of the current whiskey culture and trends. Guests enjoyed a specially designed menu by Brown’s Bar & Café to complement the various Scotch whisky flavour profiles.
