O’Briens Wine welcomes Jean-Charles Cazes, owner of the iconic Château Lynch-Bages, Pauillac (Bordeaux) to host a wine and food pairing dinner at the beautiful, award winning Restaurant FortyOne.
During the evening, guests will enjoy a four course dinner matched with a selection of wines from across the Cazes family’s quality wine estates from Bordeaux, the Languedoc, the Rhône and Portugal’s stunning Douro Valley.
The evening will include the rare opportunity to taste the white Domaine des Sénéchaux Châteauneuf-du-Pape and of course the chance to enjoy a glass of the Château Lynch-Bages 2009, which received 98 points from Robert Parker.

ABOUT JEAN-CHARLES CAZES
“Born in 1974 in Bordeaux, Jean-Charles Cazes spent his youth in Pauillac, where his father, Jean-Michel Cazes, had just moved from Paris to manage the family’s vineyards at Château Lynch-Bages.
Jean-Charles studied economics and finance at Bordeaux University, and during summer holidays, worked at Lynch-Bages, racking barrels or as an assistant winemaker during the harvest.
After graduation, Jean-Charles gained invaluable experience working in banking and finance in New York, Paris and São Paulo, Brazil, before returning home to join the family business in 2001.” Read More
