Plant Power! Dublin Vegfest is Back this Weekend with an UnBEETable Line-Up

Ireland’s largest vegan food and lifestyle event Dublin Vegfest is back this weekend, September 23rd-24th, and it’s no exaggeration too say that it will be bigger and better than ever.

Following the overwhelming and unexpected response to last year’s inaugural event, to cope with the crowds this year Dublin VegFest is taking over the larger arena of Griffith College on South Circular Road with a new large outdoor areas, a new Speakers Area, Vegan Food Village and Chill Zone.

Celebrating the full spectrum of a vegan lifestyle, visitors to the two day event can expect stalls offering the best vegan food by local producers, lifestyle talks, cookery demos, animal rescues, movie screenings and more.

The Vegan Food Village will be overflowing with plant based products and plates of goodness for sale throughout the weekend.

Regular recipe contributor Tanya O’Halloran of The Tiny Vegan Kitchen blog will be giving a demo, along with Virginia O’Gara of My Goodness vegan cafe, which recently opened a permanent home in Cork’s English Market.

The world’s strongest vegan Patrik Baboumin will be flexing his muscles and other examples of plant based power can be seen via Sport pole performers Terri Fierce and Michael Donohoe.

Ethical beauty salon Skinfull Affairs on Exchequer Street will also be doing that a pop up.

Some door admission is possible on the day but entry cannot be guaranteed, so snap up your tickets on Eventbrite HERE.
