In 1998, Jaipur opened its doors and now twenty years later, they are bringing a unique pink-themed menu to its diners. The restaurant was also named after the largest city of Rajasthan in Northern Indian, also known as the ‘Pink City’.

Bachendri Pal, the first Indian woman to climb Mount Everest (1984); Durgabai Kamat, the first Indian actress (1913); Kalpana Chawla, the first female Indian astronaut (1997); and Mary Kom, the only female boxer who has won a medal in each of the six World Championships.
To begin your fabulous meal, you will be served a pre-starter of Old Deli Chaat with Himalayan salt yoghurt. For starters, choose between a superb selection of dishes including Crisp Prawn and Tandoori Prawn served with avocado, Lamb Seekh & Shaami Kebab with beetroot pachadi or Calcutta Baingan Bhaja with sweet peppers.
Following your starter you will indulge in delicious Indian dishes such as Butter Chicken with pink gin infused shallots, Pan Seared Hake with pink mangosteen & coconut curry with pickled rhubarb or enjoy Textures of Paneer with stone flower flavoured sauce.
All mains are served with jeera pilau rice and coriander garlic naan.
Finish your Indian feast with a delicious Homemade Pistachio Ice-Cream with saffron milk reduction with rose petal jelly.
The cost for this Pink Menu is just €30 per person and includes a cocktail on arrival, pre-starter and a three-course meal. The Pink Menu is available all evening from Sunday to Thursday at Chakra by Jaipur.
