Thetaste.ie in association with Nick Munier and Dublin Wine Rooms are proud to present a unique evening of stories, food and fun.
Included in the ticket you will receive a scrumptious two courses of classic French food and a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Expect an experience steeped in food and art. Nick will be displaying his art against the walls of wine and eclectic decor of one of Dublin’s coolest wine bars. There will be a one on one with Nick throughout the night and guests will be offered the chance to tap in to Nick’s wealth of knowledge. The chefs of the wine rooms will also be doing some live demos on the evening and if all that wasn’t enough there will be some spot prizes and signed recipes of the nights menu.
Nick Munier is a much loved Restaurateur, Artist and TV personality – having worked on RTE’s Masterchef Ireland and ITV’s Hells Kitchen. Nick has worked with many of the most respected and esteemed chefs in the world along with working in some of Britain and Irelands most high profile establishments. He is passionate about food and writing, having written his own account of over 20 years experience at front of house in his book “Boiling Point: Adventures in the restaurant Game” & is proud to be a monthly contributor on thetaste.ie
