Fade Street Social has just launched its autumn/winter menu with plenty of fresh, seasonal dishes to make dining out this season special. With flavours, colours and textures to surprise and comfort, they’ve introduced new starters and mains in a selection designed to support the very best of homegrown produce.
Uncomplicated and enjoyable dishes of outstanding freshness and surprisingly delicious combinations await you. For example, among the starters, you’ll find slow cooked pork belly, Dungarvan oysters with trout caviar, roasted duck liver, and char-grill carrots with aubergine purée.
If the starters awaken your appetite, the mains will satisfy it thoroughly: Woodfired dishes include veal, onion and truffle; chorizo, tomato and squid; and lamb fennel and olive. There are also braised meats as well as charred and smoked.
Those looking for a lighter bite will be treated to creative and appealing dishes such as the mushroom open ravioli, cold vegetable plate or salads.
Fade Street Social has three distinctive ares so you can choose the ideal one for the experience you seek: enjoy dinner at their modern and lively restaurant, share drinks and fabulous bites at the gastrobar or indulge in their sleek and beautifully presented cocktails at their cocktail bar.
