Gilda Tapa Recipe Video for World Tapas Day 2016

This World Tapas Day travel to Spain via the flavours of the favourite Spanish delicacy; Tapas. This Gilda recipe one of the simplest tapas to make. It is actually a pintxo (peen-cho) that originated in Pais Vasco, in the Basque Country. Typically it is made with chillies, olives, and anchovies skewered with a small wooden stick.

Mark June 16th in your calender and enjoy World Tapas Day, celebrating this ‘mini-cuisine’ typical of Spain, associated with sharing with others and ‘tasting the moment’.

World Tapas Day is celebrated simultaneously in many cities around the world and presents a complete programme: tastings, show cooking, activities in local markets, and more … a delicious plan!
