Scoop Dessert Parlour is no stranger to quirky gelato flavours. They’ve tempted us in the past with avocado, Creme Egg and Crunchie… well… scoops, but their latest creation is the one that has caused the biggest buzz, or shall we say booze? Their limited edition Gin & Tonic gelato is made with Hendricks Gin and Fever Tonic, garnished with cucumber, and it offers a ginspired hybrid between our favourite summer tipple and the creamy frozen dessert they specialise in.

Scoop has branches in Ranelagh and on Aungier St. and it’s regarded as one of the best ice cream parlours in Ireland. Their gelato is made in-store with a mix of authentic Italian and Irish ingredients, and they also offer fresh crepes and coffee sourced from an artisanal roaster in Ireland.
And just to be clear, this new G&T gelato is not just gin flavoured, it has actual gin on it so only over 18s can order it.
