Michael’s previous experience includes his time as Assistant Restaurant/Food Services Manager in Knockranny House Hotel and as Duty Manager in Ashford Castle.
Galway native Tania Collins has been appointed as Conference and Banqueting Manager. Having spent time working in London and New York Tania now has returned home to join the impressive team at the Glenlo Abbey Hotel.
