In celebration of Spanish Wine Week, the Cliff Townhouse is hosting a very special seafood event. Taking place on Friday, April 20th, A Taste of Gran Canaria will transport your taste buds to the incredible food region.
Gran Canaria is close to Head Chef Sean Smith’s heart as his wife comes from the region.
Preparing Spanish dishes like chorizo, quail egg with sourdough, octopus, paprika, grilled white asparagus and tomato tartare clams, the chef will pair these delicacies with beautiful wines from the region.
Each course and wine will also be introduced by Sunday Business Post wine writer Tomas Clancy.
