This Tuesday 6th of March, three of Ireland’s top chefs will meet at the multi award-winning Greenes Restaurant in Cork, to craft a dinner that celebrates the best of Cork’s produce.
The event, titled “East Cork Meets West Cork in the Middle” will see chef Robbie Krawczyk, who will open a new West Cork restaurant very soon; chef Kevin Ahern from Sage in Midleton, and Greenes’ own Bryan McCarthy. The trio will highlight the diverse range of flavours and ingredients from their respective areas.
Robbie will use West Cork produce for a delectable vegetable course, Kevin will source the freshest seafood from West Cork for a tempting taste of the local waters and Brian will work with North Cork produce to create a carnivorous course.
The dishes will be paired with drinks crafted by Greenes’ Matre`d and sommelier Frank Schiltkamp.
The event will start at 7:00 pm and tickets are priced at €69.
