Broyage Bar & Bistro at the Hilton Dublin Kilmainham is a welcome addition to Dublin 8’s thriving culinary scene, providing a cosy yet contemporary setting to enjoy a meal from the extensive menu of reimagined classics, paired with a cocktail from the wide selection of speciality cocktails on offer.
To celebrate Hilton Dublin Kilmainham’s 10th anniversary, the team at Broyage Bar & Bistro have created a special commemorative cocktail in the form of the “Kilmainham Ten Tin Spritz”.
The “Kilmainham Ten Tin Spritz” is a tempting combination of Bushmills 10 Year Old Single Malt, Citrus Juices, a dash of Bitters topped with Prosecco for that all important fizz!
The “Kilmainham Ten Tin Spritz” is just one of a diverse selection of cocktails on offer at Broyage Bar & Bistro, highlights of which include classics such as the Margarita, Mojito and Cosmopolitan, as well as an array of more adventurous mixes including the Coconut Vanilla Bellini, the Gin Garden and the Spiked Mocha Frappé.
Ingredients:
– 35ml Bushmills 10 Year Old Single Malt
– Juice of half an orange
– Juice of half a lemon
– 4 dashes of bitters
– 125ml Prosecco
– Twist of orange
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients, apart from the Prosecco and orange twist, to a shaker
2. Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, then top with the Prosecco
3. Garnish with the orange twist
