Following on from the launch of the hotel’s cool conference catering they have seen a massive 70% increase in bookings for the buffet.
Turning conference meetings from the stuffy boardroom basics into a fun-filled feast of flavour, Lough Erne has brought tempting treats to their guests.
The tasty ice-cold refreshments were introduced as a way to keep guests chilled during one of Ireland’s hottest summers to date.
Treats featured in the buffet include chocolate coated waffle cones, heaps of fresh fruit toppings, crunchy honeycomb, marshmallows, colourful sprinkles and locally made Glastry ice-cream.
General Manager at the Lough Erne Resort, William Kirby, commented on the new offering, saying: “Conferences don’t have to be dull and neither do the menus. With the amazing weather experienced at the start of the summer, we thought this would be a fun and tasty way to keep delegates cool. The response from guests has been fantastic and we certainly plan to keep this frozen fare on offer for the foreseeable future.”
