Stimulate your culinary senses at this collaborative event between renowned chefs Robin Gill and Luke Matthews, at Airfield Estate Dundrum on Saturday, September 23rd.
Returning home from London, award-winning chef Robin Gill will present The Harvest Dinner and its farm-to-food offerings to select guests, that are to showcase the incredible ingredients grown on the farm. The special evening will host a seven-part tasting menu complete with Irish drinks from independent brewers, vineyards and distillers.
An exciting experience for the public, Gill says that “It’s every chef’s dream to work farm to table, Airfield Estate is exactly that and more. The Harvest Dinner will be the first of many evenings like this at Airfield, where we bring people together who really care about food.”
Culinary Lead of Airfield Estate, Luke Matthews, will join in on the foodie experience. Enthusiastic about using every piece of an ingredient, his ‘root to shoot, nose to tail’ cooking and minimal waste approach is reflective of the Airfield Estate ethos.

A follow-up event will also take place on Sunday, September 24th, 2017 as Gill invites guests to join him for a Fermentation Masterclass. Aimed at the modern household, this morning class from 11am-1pm is sure to tickle taste buds.
