Camile, the healthy Thai food restaurant delivery service, is delighted to announce Irish pentathlete, Natalya Coyle, as the latest guest ‘chef’ to collaborate with the brand. Following in the footsteps of other successful partnerships with Kevin Thornton, Derval O’Rourke and Gary Rhodes, Natalya has created a healthy stir fried duck dish for Camile, which is available to order now for €12.95.
Natalya’s stir fried duck is created using succulent cuts of the highest quality duck, served with locally sourced butternut squash, pickled ginger, fresh plums, yellow courgettes and chillies. This dish is wok-fried in our classic Thai seasoning sauce, then served over al dente steamed brown rice. This healthy and wholesome dish is set to become a favourite among Camile customers this summer.
Irish contender, Natalya will compete in the modern pentathlon, which includes running, swimming, shooting, horse-riding and fencing, during the Games in Rio de Janeiro,Brazil later this summer. Natalya took part in the 2012 London Olympic Games and placed 9th and is also an ambassador for the Special Olympics. Natalya is an enthusiastic cook with a strong passion for healthy eating and locally sourced produce, making her the perfect fit for Camile.
Commenting on the partnership with Camile, Natalya Coyle said: ‘Being an athlete, I am always very conscious of my diet. Camile offers lots of healthy dishes on its menu, and after training, I know that I can look to Camile to give me everything I need nutritionally to be my best, and it tastes amazing too! I was delighted to work with the team at Camile to create a dish for their menu. Hopefully everyone will enjoy it as much as I do.’
Natalya Coyle’s stir fried duck will be available in all Camile outlets for €12.95 until the end of May.
