Hamptons Bar & Grill is celebrating the 8th annual Lobsterfest. The buzzing eatery, located next to the deluxe Savoy Hotel on Limerick’s Henry Street will feature a special menu of lobster daily specials that will be available through the summer and until the end of September.
Chef Graeme Campbell hopes to showcase the freshest Irish lobsters, sourced from Carrigaholt in Clare, Union Hall in Cork and Rossaveal in Galway. Dishes ranging from salads to surf’n’turf and of course, whole lobsters cooked to tender perfection will all be part of the selection and to go with them, they’ve refreshed the drinks selection with new cocktails and wines chosen to complement the shellfish.
“We have a fresh new Albariño from Spain flying off the shelves, and a fine Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley, both great with lobster dishes, along with our ever-popular craft beer list featuring organic beers from Limerick and beyond. We are also very excited to be taking delivery of some fantastic scallops, clams, mussels and Dublin Bay prawns so there’s something for all seafood lovers at Hamptons during Lobsterfest” said General Manager Robert Russell.
Lobsterfest at Hamptons is an excellent plan for seafood-lovers this summer. Lobster dishes are available from €20 seven days a week both for lunch and dinner.
