Lobsterfest Returns to Saba this Month

Continuing Saba‘s Ten Year birthday celebrations, Dublin’s award winning Thai and Vietnamese restaurant, is delighted to welcome back Lobsterfest, the annual shellfish shindig. From Tuesday, 13th September until Sunday, 25th September, diners can enjoy exquisite lobster from Kilkeel Harbour or crack into Roaring Water Bay’s delicious rope mussels.

The specially prepared menu sees executive chef Tao create mouth-watering dishes sure to please all half shelled and lobster fanatics. Make a reservation today and sink your claws into Tao’s delicious lobster inspired specials including Steamed Whole Lobster with Thai herbs served with pineapple fried rice (€27.95) and Goong Mongkorn Sam Rod Stir Fried Whole Lobster with triple flavoured chilli sauce served with fried rice (€27.95).

To help you wash down these tasty delights, Saba have matched a delicious cocktails, wine and beers. For the Lobster Carpaccio, Saba recommends a Mango and Cucumber Gimlet (€9.95), Chang Beer (€5.50) or Pinot Blanc, Les Princes Abbes (€10.75) while a Mango and Cucumber Gimlet (€10.50) or glass of Muscadet, Caves de Nantaise(€7.25), is recommended to wash down Hoi Nang Rom Sod (1/2 Dozen Fresh Oysters).
