We here at The Taste love trying new dishes at dinner, and there’s no better way to find your new favourite foods than eating a little bit of everything on the menu! Lucky Tortise allows you to do just that with their dim sum dishes, perfect for hungry diners who want to enjoy a variety of dishes.
Having catapulted to critical acclaim following a series of successful dim sum pop up ventures, Lucky Tortoise now firmly resides at 8 Aungier Street – a modern, unpretentious and compact space in the heart of Dublin 2. With the paint now dry, the Asian fusion favourite has honed its offering with the announcement of new dine-in and take away lunch menus, available from 12 noon daily.
Lovers of the already established eat in lunch special will be excited to learn about the new lunch deal which includes miso, okonomiyaki, pork siu mai, five veg dumplings, rice and kimchi all for €12. To sample the full range of delicious delights at Lucky Tortoise the popular all in evening menu option is also available for just €20, which is probably one of the best deals in Dublin right now!
For lunch on the go the options on offer are equally as tasty. Lucky Tortoise’s delicious new take away option offers €10 rice and kimchi bowls with a choice of dumpling. Diners can expect Asian classics like the pork and red cabbage siu mai and hoisin beef bun as well as innovations such as the pancetta potstickers and the kimchi tofu bun. Take away customers can also opt for the Bi Bim Bap, a twist on the Korean classic served with either pork or tofu for just €9.
