The luxurious five star Sheen Falls Lodge is hosting a fantastic cooking demonstration to give its guests a taste of Kerry – it is the Kingdom after all.
Taking place in the Miele Experience Centre on Tuesday, November 20th, guests will learn top tips on how to prepare a sumptuous dinner – perfect for those looking to brush up their skills in the run-up to Christmas.
Acclaimed chef Cormac McCreary, has taken charge of the kitchen in the prestigious Kerry hotel and will be in attendance to show guests some of his culinary prowess in the kitchen. This cookery demo is ideal for those who wish to recreate some top class dishes in the comfort of their own home.
During the evening, attendees will learn how to best use their kitchen appliances, cooking tips that they can easily transfer to their dishes at home and how to bring a professional edge to their home cooking.
Chef Cormac’s culinary style can be described as modern European cuisine whilst using classical techniques. Cormac is passionate about using only the finest locally sourced ingredients in all his dishes and will be bringing this ethos to the cookery demo this November.
This exciting live demonstration will take place at the Míele Experience Centre Citywest on Tuesday, November 20th. Guests are invited to join the demo at 6.30pm where light refreshments will be served. Following this, the demonstration will begin at 7.00pm.
