The new lunch menu at Marcel’s is creative and simple. Starters range from Cured Salmon, Pickled Kohlrabi, Avocado Puree, Soy Citrus Dressing and Coriander Cress, the Classic Style Terrine, Celeriac Remoulade, Apple and Raisin Puree and the Tagliatelle of Braised Rabbit, Wild Mushrooms, Cider and Tarragon.
Succulent mains include dishes like Roast Chicken Supreme, Mushroom Risotto, Pickled Mushrooms and Aged Parmesan or the Pan Fried Hake with Chorizo, Mussel and Orzo Fricassee, Samphire and Dill.
If you still have room for dessert, Marcel’s offer treats like the Strawberry Pavlova, Vanilla Cream and Marinated Strawberries, the Set Milk Chocolate with Yuzu Curd and Vanilla Ice Cream or the Classic Créme Brulee served with the perfect Lemon Shortbread.
