The tantalising menu includes gourmet hot dogs with a twist. Chose from a mouth watering Belderrig Lobster Mornay served with cucumber and chive creme fraiche, Smoked Short Rib served with bacon, mozzarella, onion & beer jam or a traditional Irish Pork sausage with sauerkraut, smoked gubeen, house BBQ sauce and crispy onions.
A tempting selection of grazing boards are perfect for those looking to share some nibbles with freinds. You can choose from The Land, The Sea, The Soil and The Farm. This array of meat, fish, vegetarian and cheese boards are sure to whet all appetites.
For a decadent sweet treat, The Marker’s selection of macaron ice-cream sandwiches are the perfect indulgence. Choose from flavours that will surely satisfy any sweet tooth with vanilla, passion fruit and chocolate with cacao nibs.
To add to the tropical vibes, guests can choose from the specially designed Tiki on the Roof menu. Served in authentic Tiki Mugs, the selection includes the Tikiwi, made with Bacardi Oro, Fresh Kiwi , St.Germain, Jasmine and Basil.
The Ohana will transport you from Grand Canal Square to the Caribbean with it’s refreshing mix of Barcardo 4, Bacardo Fuego, Lychee, Pineapple, Mango and Grapefruit.
