Recently awarded 2 AA Rosettes, Executive Chef Marcin Kolnierzak has prepared an incredible selection of dishes to devour, with some popular staples from the current menu and tasty new options, including a Waffle & Pancake Menu with a decadent Waffle Lobster Eggs Benedict taking centre stage.
There are many options for the health conscious eater too, with an Avocado Multigrain Bagel, Seasonal Fruit Plates and Coburg Granola Pots on offer.

All dishes are individually priced and start from just €6. Those looking to make their Saturday and Sunday mornings that extra bit bubbly can opt for The Coburg’s Bottomless Mimosa, priced at €19.
The Coburg is open daily from 06.30am to 11pm and from September, Brunch is served every Saturday & Sunday from 12 noon until 4pm.
