Head Chef Brian E. Meehan, who has travelled extensively throughout Asia, Africa and Europe to expand his culinary passion, has created an exquisite menu complete with a variety of healthy and flavorful vegan dishes.
Diners can enjoy light and flavourful starters such as Heritage Tomato Salad with lavender oil, yellow pepper coulis and caper berries; Stuffed Baby Peppers with tomato risotto, roasted red pepper, black olive pearls and basil lemon purée or indulge in a Baby Beetroot Salad served with beetroot gel, beet brittle, pomegranate and orange segments.
For your main course choose from hearty dishes including Sea Salted Baby Kale with pink potato crisps, orange cauliflower, sweet pepper dressing; Confit Artichoke Hearts with garlic baby carrot, blackberry and basil gel, pressed baby potatoes and port wine vegetable jus or a delicious Warm Quinoa Salad with charred baby heritage carrots, mini turnips and lemon coulis.
To finish your meal on a sweet note, enjoy desserts such as Lemon & Coconut Posset with lemon and lime crunch and winter berry coulis; Hazelnut Mocha with hazelnut dust and Turkish delight sauce or for a truly indulgent treat feast on a Dark Chocolate Sacher Torte, served with bitter orange sauce, toasted pistachios and caramel shards.
