North East Food Hub to Host Charity Cookery Demonstration for St. Vincent De Paul and the Ardee Hospice

On Saturday 2nd July at 2:00 pm the North East Food Hub will host a Charity Cookery Demonstration presented by Tara Walker from the East Coast Cookery School and in aid of St. Vincent De Paul and the Ardee Hospice. It will take place at The North East Food Hub located in the Ardee Business Park Co. Louth. Local producers will be featured at the event.

Tickets are €10 and all the proceeds from its sales will be donated to St. Vincent De Paul and the Ardee Hospice, two charities that strive to help communities and families struggling through poverty and that are in big need of funding at the moment. You can get your tickets by contacting the North East Food Hub directly.

The Hub, which is part of the Ardee Business Park, provides training programs, professional state of the art kitchen rental, meeting & event facilities, as well as incubation units and it’s a very good alternative for small artisan producers who might not have access to a private kitchen to work.

Tara from East Coast Cookery School, formerly known as Tasty Tart Cookery School said, “The North East Food Hub is an exciting opportunity for small food producers to use a fully equipped and certified kitchen without a huge capital investment. The facility also has a state of the art training room attached, ideal for upskilling staff”
