The hotel’s new restaurant 10 Fleet Street is offering diners a sumptuous seven-course tasting menu on New Year’s Eve that is guaranteed to kick start 2019 in style
The menu has been specially created by head chef Brian E. Meehan and his team and his talented kitchen team. Brian has recently joined the kitchen at the Morgan Hogan and since taking up the reins he has given the menu a chic new makeover. Brian’s style of contemporary cooking perfectly mirrors the hotel’s new modern feel.
On the evening guests will start their meal with a delectable Gin & Juniper Cured Salmon. Following this, you will enjoy a delicious dish of Watermelon, Feta and Kalamata Olives.
The the next course of the evening will be Torched Cured Mackerel Fillet. Up next is a tasty plate of Pan Seared Duck Breast with cardamom infused mango, mango crisps and purple potato cream.
For your next course, guests will enjoy Baked Fillet of Bream; The last savoury course of the tasting menu is Slow Roast Pork Cheek with King Scallops.
To finish your meal on a sweet note a luscious Dark Chocolate Sacher Torte will be served with bitter orange sauce and toasted pistachios.
A band and in-house DJ will be on hand to get diners in a festive mood, to see you into the New Year and beyond.
