The Pigeon House has finally celebrated their official opening in Clontarf, award-winning restaurateurs Paul Foley and Brian Walsh, have soft launched the restaurant over the past few months and the restaurant has become a huge hit, finding it impossible to get a table on certain nights. TheTaste review their brunch last month and you can read our opinion here.
On the official launch night, guests were treated to a selection of mouth-watering canapés which were created by The Pigeon House’s Head Chef, Brian Walsh. Both Paul and Brian felt it was important to have their loyal supporters at the event, which shows they are passionate about looking after the locals.
The selection of canapés included Loughshinny Crab with Pickled Celeriac and Avocado Puree, Duck Liver Parfait with Pear and Raisin and Smoked Ribeye Mini Burgers with all the trimmings.
Speaking at the event, Paul Foley said “It’s a restaurateur’s dream to be able to design and build your kitchen and restaurant from scratch and we are delighted to show it off to our friends, family and valued customers”
