Last night O’Hara’s Brewing launched their first seasonal of 2016, Notorious Red IPA in the Bleeding Horse pub on Dublin’s Camden Street. Such was the excitement for this release there was barely room to move between all the writers, bloggers and fans present.
The rich caramel and faint biscuit under tones of the beer flowed into a hoppy bitterness with an orange citrus finish that had everyone looking for more.
‘Notorious’ kicks starts a year of celebrations for O’Hara’s 20th anniversary this coming November. O’Hara’s are still an independent, family owned brewery and have been one of the pioneers of Irish craft brewing.
O’Hara’s Brewery, also known as Carlow Brewing Company, brew traditional Irish beers and their own interpretation of international beer styles including stouts, ales, wheat beers and lagers all carrying the brewery founders family name, O’Hara’s.
They wish to share their passion with craft beer fans and help them enjoy the experience.
