Michelin Star Chef Stephen Toman to Bring OX Pop Up to London this Paddy’s Day

Stephen Toman, a Belfast native, opened up the Michelin Star restaurant ‘OX’ in 2013. Considered a game-changer at the heart of Northern Ireland’s food revolution, they will now be hosting an OX pop up in Carousel, a cool Mayfair dining spot in the heart of London – all in association with Tourism Ireland.

Guests at the pop-up will enjoy three courses of delicious flavours, beginning with celeriac, scallop and sea urchin with truffle for starters, followed by Chateaubriand, asparagus and black garlic for main course, and if that isn’t enough, a pudding of Bushmills jelly, lavender, oats and baked-apple sorbet will be served for dessert.

Tickets are priced at £83.20 and are available to buy here.

Overlooking the River Lagan, OX restaurant offers an excellent backdrop to this Oscar and Oscar designed 40 seat restaurant, while an intimate mezzanine area provides for more secluded dining. OX is committed to developing close relationships with local suppliers, guaranteeing menus which feature top quality meat and sustainably sourced fish, while also giving careful attention to seasonal vegetables and fruit.
