March’s edition brought plenty of traditional and modern Irish food and drink, just in time for Paddy’s Day: From the most complete guide to Irish whiskey tourism to the restaurants that are defining contemporary Irish cuisine, we dedicated the month to celebrate the beautiful Emerald Island. Our wine section offered a look at the past and present of the Irish diaspora in the wine world as well as the perfect bottles for Mothers’ Day. February’s edition had us falling in love with Chocolate and fine wines. We met Ireland’s own Willy Wonka, Paul Kelly, and got 16 of the country’s top chefs to reveal their tasty guilty pleasures. Wanderlusters were regaled with travel guides from Hong Kong to Christchurch and a list of the best up and coming romantic holiday destinations and those looking for a great place to dine found reviews of Beef and Lobster, Le Plancha, Bull & Ram and more.
