First we saw the arrival of an Avocado Bar in Amsterdam, serving the ever-popular avocado toast as a lean and green breakfast. Toast is having a moment, so it is little wonder nut butter company Pip & Nut have just opened a dedicated peanut butter toast bar in London. Serving a range of nut butter topped toast wedges, cream cheese bagels will struggle to compete for breakfast supremacy.
This new peanut butter toast bar is set to join exciting eateries like Hemsley + Hemsley, Lola’s Cupcakes and Snowflake Luxury Gelato in the Selfridge’s Food Hall. This isn’t the first time the hugely successful nut butter brand has branched out and popped up, previously collaborating with Nike and bringing their toast bar concept to London’s most iconic skyscraper The Gherkin.
The toast bar will offer breakfast, snacks and early lunch to go, with all dishes featuring nut butter in some form or another. Patrons can expect to tuck into slabs of sourdough, lathered with peanut butter and delicious toppings like bananas, strawberries and grated apple. As Pip & Nut offers a range of nut butters from cashew to almond and everything in between, addicts can get their fix of alternative luscious spreads if peanut butter isn’t their thing.
If you need to get your hands on some of the gorgeous nut butter goodies on offer at the Pip & Nut peanut butter toast bar, be quick – this exciting pop up will only be open in Selfridge’s Food Hall until 12th February, from 7.30am – 12.30pm everyday.
