Cocktail-making can be quite artistic in the hands of creative bartenders and at Pembroke Kilkenny the team behind the bar has come up with an inspired Design Cocktail to celebrate the National Craft Gallery’s exhibition “Narratives in Making”, open from May 12th to July 5th.
As proud supporters of art, culture and design, the Pembroke Kilenny is pleased to work with the National Craft Gallery as Hospitality Partner and this nod to the exhibitor’s talent will be available to order for the duration of the exhibition.
Narratives in Making is focused on excellence in design and craftsmanship and features a selection of 28 of the very best contemporary craft makers in Ireland, working across wood, furniture, glass, metals, jewelry, ceramics and textiles.
While the Design Cocktail is an exclusive of the hotel’s bar, the team at Pembroke Kilkeny has shared a recipe from their menu, which you can enjoy in their charming surroundings or mix at home…
