What better way to cool down in this glorious weather than sipping a chilled glass of bubbly in the beautiful surrounds of WILDE?
Guests will feast on a seasonal menu designed by chef Sandeep Singh. To begin you will be served a delectable dish of Castletownbere scallops, orange, fennel and samphire salad with a harrisa dressing.
This light and fresh starter will be served alongside Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, this delicate and elegant Champagne has notes of yellow fruits and vanilla and is perfect to pair with this seafood dish.
For the main course, a beautiful Dover sole will be served with green asparagus, crisp gnocchi and saffron aioli. This dish is expertly paired with Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque.
To finish this luxurious dinner in style, a beautiful strawberry and basil panna cotta accompanied by homemade shortbread will be served with Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Blason Rose. This rich and supple champagne pairs excellently with red berry fruits.
