Prestigious Perrier-Jouët Champagne has just launched an exclusive Spring-Garden Afternoon Tea at The Restaurant by Johnnie Cooke at Brown Thomas Dublin. The Perrier Jouët Afternoon Tea experience will be available from the 7th of February and for two months only.
The experience was inspired by the beauty of spring and an innovative and cheerful menu has been developed with the help of chef Johnnie Cooke, under the artistic philosophy of Perrier Jouët.
Wonderfully floral themed dishes will delight guests with a remarkable attention to details. A range of savoury and sweet delicacies including truffled chicken gougères, love-apple Champagne jelly and a chocolate marzipan hat dessert will be part of the selection.
Guests can indulge in a glass of Perrier Jouët Champagne or enjoy bottle service from the elegantly presented enchanting tree sculpture, and choose between Grand Brut, Blason Rosé or the iconic Vintage Belle Époque. Each glass is accompanied by a handmade origami flower evoking the iconic Perrier Jouet Japanese Anemone.
Inspired by the 1900’s Art Nouveu movement, each bottle of Belle Époque features the symbolic flower and now guests can unwrap their very own, to discover a bespoke message or a chance to win a bottle of Belle Époque.
The Perrier Jouët Spring Garden Champagne Afternoon Tea experience is available Monday to Sunday from 3-6pm priced from €45-€75 per person. All bookings can be made through The Restaurant by Johnnie Cooke at Brown Thomas by telephoning (01) 6056701
