Pooches and Prosecco! This Popular Dublin Bar and Restaurant is Now Dog Friendly

One of our favourite Ranelagh spots, The Exchequer, has just launched a brand new dog friendly pet policy, so guests can now bring their pooches along with them to enjoy the relaxed vibe along with a delicious meal and drink on their sunny terrace – longer summer evening plans sorted!

Four legged friends will be welcome at The Exchequer Wine Bar and Restaurant every Thursday to Sunday in the side terrace which benefits from long hours of sunshine with some top-notch water bowls and awnings for when the heat becomes too much.

Their human counterparts can enjoy some delicious food from the recently revamped menu with mains such as duck breast with fondant potato, light bites such as a variety of artisan flatbreads and cheeseboards or some sweet treats from the dessert menu.

While your dog soaks up the sunshine or makes some new furry friends, you can kick back and can enjoy a a tipple chosen by the award-winning sommelier or shaken up by the mixology team.

The cocktail menu offers much loved classics with a twist such as the smoky old fashioned, margarita and many more – what could be better? The Exchequer Wine Bar also has a varied gin menu, offering something fresh for those lazy summer afternoons chilling with your pooch.
