SABA Clarendon Street has created a festival menu specially for the DublinTown Food & Drink Festival that showcases a selection of their Head Chef Tao’s favourite dishes. In addition to these, the most popular SABA cocktails will take you on a journey of flavours from start to finish. The perfect three-course menu to showcase our authentic Thai and Vietnamese flavours! Enjoy this dinner & cocktails treat for two people costs €80, from Monday 15th to Sunday 21st October from 8pm daily.
To start, you’ll choose from Jumbo Prawns or Tom Kha Gai Soup (a delicious chicken & coconut soup), either of which is paired with the SABA Floating Market cocktail. This cocktail, made with Bacardi Carta Blanca and Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, is a popular option that shows off Thai ingredients at their best.
For your main course, you’ll have a choice of the Braised Killenure Dexter Beef Short Ribs, a rich dish full of flavours and needs a cocktail to match it that packs a punch. The Pattaya Margarita is a smooth cocktail with an Asian mix of flavours, made with Galangal infused El Jimador Reposado, Cointreau, lime juice, agave nectar and tamarind, served in Absinthe rinsed and smoked salt-rimmed glass. OR choose from the gluten-free Char-grilled Swordfish that’s been paired with the fresh, fragrant and very sophisticated SABA Suit & Thai cocktail.
As for dessert, the Khao Niew Mamung is a delicious ripe mango with steamed rice and coconut milk dish, that’s served with a taster of the restaurant’s beloved Espresso Martini. The perfect way to finish a three-course meal at SABA.
Fun Fact: SABA means “happy meeting place” in Thai!
